Melissa and Kyle were over to Strawberry Hill today - partly to watch Evan's soccer game and also to celebrate Gayle, Melissa, and Melanie's birthdays this month. Melissa popped over so we could give her her birthday gifts and have a slice of her favorite cake - cherry chip. She had earlier asked for tickets to a benefit concert honoring a customer's daughter who had passed away, with proceeds going to charities. We also gave her the 4th "Twilight" book - "Breaking Dawn" and the new Carrie Underwood CD.
Even though Melissa's 24th birthday is this coming Friday, it's pretty appropriate that we celebrated a bit today since this was her due date!
