This was the first Mother's Day celebrated by Melissa and Alyssa! I headed over to Renton to attend New Life Church with Melissa, Kyle, Caleb, Alyssa, and Kai. (Dave had a cold and didn't want to expose Caleb and Ryan had Coast Guard duty weekend). We had a pleasant surprise of seeing Dave's brother Steve and his girlfriend Bethany there. We then went back to Kyle and Melissa's for a delicious chicken casserole lunch and were joined by Wayne and Gayle and my parents. It was a quiet, wonderful day surrounded by family. Ryan joined us later in the day. What could be better (except that Dave was there!)?
