I went on my first M.O.B. (Mother of the Bride) adventure yesterday. Dave kindly took me to Bellevue to look at some M.O.B. dresses just for fun to see what's out there. It was an interesting experience, especially since I haven't tried on a fancy dress since my wedding! We went to a couple of bridal shops, Macy's and Nordstrom. Dave quickly realized that bridal shops are not "men places" and he felt really out of place!! He was a good sport, but decided that the next time I look at dresses it should be a strictly female outing!
He took a few pictures and I'll post them. They really only had long dresses and I may be looking more for shorter dresses. Time will tell! The colors are not what I will be wearing, but they were just sample dresses.
