We received the exciting news this afternoon that Ryan proposed to Alyssa Waters down in Bend, Oregon! He took her to an area with a waterfall, got down on his knee and asked THE question. She happily accepted! The timing took Alyssa by complete surprise. She knew he had the ring and had talked to her dad, but didn't think it was going to happen until later this summer.
We are very happy to welcome Alyssa into our family and are thankful to God to be getting a wonderful new "daughter" and "son" for our children!
