On Mother's Day, Melissa came home with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. She said they were in memory of her Grandma Elaine (Dave's mom who passed away in November 1999). Melissa and Grandma Elaine had a special bond and when I look at Melissa, I definitely can see her grandma in her features. Melissa is planning on wrapping a little diamond necklace that belonged to Grandma Elaine around her bouquet for her wedding. She is especially missed at special occasions. Her delightful personality, warm smile, and laugh always made her fun to be around!
