Last Wednesday Ryan, Alyssa, and Melissa surprised me at Orchard Heights after school, but an even bigger surprise came with four legs! Ryan and Alyssa adopted a 4 month old hound/shepherd mix (at least that's what they believe he is) named Scout. They got him at a shelter in Bellevue. He is adorable and his markings are perfect! He was introduced to Buddy and the two of them romped around, although I'm not sure Buddy knows what to make of his new "nephew"! Surprisingly, for such a big dog, he's a little skittish around little dogs, although I don't think Scout will be little for too long!
