We enjoyed a Christmas filled with lots of family. Both kids and families came over Christmas Eve. We spent an enjoyable day together, had dinner at Wayne and Gayle's, and went to Harper's Christmas Eve service.
Christmas Day was spent at our home. In the morning we had cinnamon rolls for breakfast, followed by opening gifts. Kai, on his first ever Christmas, had no problem tearing into the wrapping paper and trying to put each piece into his mouth! The afternoon brought Dave's sister Nancy, brother-in-law Gerald and son Zach. Shortly afterwards came my parents and the Buckleys. Later came Dave's brother Steve and his lady friend Bethany, with his son Dan and girlfriend Britta joining us later in the evening. We had a house full of fun, food, and fellowship. Dave shared a short devotional before dinner.
After company left, we cleaned up and yesterday "de-Christmased" the house. Things are quiet and back to normal. I'm going to relish a relaxing week (hopefully!) unless baby Caleb decides to make an early appearance! :)
